economic enrichment law
Uh ... I mean growth acceleration law. This was of course the most important thing there is to do just politics works. Especially when one looks at times how long it normally takes up such a law is passed, especially when it comes to tax cuts.
since so I have two examples in my haze noticed:
1) A contract between a hotel and an organizer was completed in 2009. How that's just as common as a complete package at a gross cost. Might assume that the hotel now so "Gentleman" and would modify the contract that the operator as a customer as not so in the rain? No of course not, because the 1 million cost of the law must indeed come in first again ... Now the bill looks like this: A gross amount is agreed upon in 2009 2010 by the organizers paid to the hotel. The hotel is taxed at 7%. The operator grabs the trip into a total package and must all be taxed at 19%. The operator "gives" the hotel so easy times as 12%.
2) A company with many field staff has signed a framework agreement with a hotel in 2009 for accommodation as a package with buffet breakfast included. Breakfast is now but taxed as restaurant services continue at 19%. The hotel is split so that Daum factor in accounting for a hotel room with breakfast and 7% with 19%. Result: Now is the breakfast explicitly stated on the invoice and counts as food, which is deducted from the employee's expense record, whether he really the breakfast to claim or not, because finally was indeed 2009, a package price agreed. If the hotel can only talk with him? See above ...
A law that was carefully crafted with so much expertise and the hotel has so many advantages, but certainly one worth millions, right?
