A large market has two checkout areas, pretty much at opposite ends of the market. At both, a reference to the other.
A few minutes before closing time is the one made tight. Not only the box office, but also the door to it. So, not even without having to pay to get out of there yet. And not because no staff is there. Posts since so persuaded around and do something and nothing more than to send people to another exit.

program is needed ... urgent, hurry, quickly ... Duration Specifies indeed express delivery
2 days later isses not there yet ... uh ...
web tracking ID is not, although that is supposed to go for each Express mission
phone support can not even find the program first ... then it is said to have been delivered ... then it is said in Hamburg ... then in Hanover ... äähhhh
that runs all over a number of calls ... to eventually they actually on the idea that perhaps it would be nice times to call back instead of letting me pay for everything (and wait too)
then offered me, I could pick up in Hanover ... Hello?
"otherwise it will now return back to sender" Helloooo?
at once is then yet another attempt at delivery possible
the whole thing took nearly a week
I must mention that we once again my packing station was that the consignment was addressed clear and absolutely correct, was neatly packed and not bear the smallest postal notice that there was any problem with that?
I touch 'time together:
- the program takes much too long
- an attempt to deliver strikes for no apparent reason failed
- the program is not available in the Web tracking
- telephone support takes forever, and the program will to find (and makes finding gross errors)
- none of it can be reconstructed in the tracking
- Support is to be stupid and make outrageous suggestions
it is what DHL understands modern logistics?

I'm a regular customer for years, changing tires and store, since I have the Gulf, 2 times a year, who address, telephone, Email I think so too ...
a few times I've tried over the years to get an appointment, as is yes then more precisely the time when everyone wants:
"no, we do not come simply by"
and then has actually always worked, so far so good
and finally, I was back
"ham'se for an appointment?"
I believe I do not hear right ... isses really too much to ask to buy something of a message for that? Finally, I must also take extra for that, and now I can not so any dates set for my training and so, and otherwise it is but also with any nonsense * * nerve zugespamt
what one is because a regular customer? I think this is again a little faith in because yes crumbles so poor middle class.
has perhaps the reasons that it all goes bad, that have nothing to do with "greed is good" and the other, usual excuses?
