phone support can not even find the program first ... then it is said to have been delivered ... then it is said in Hamburg ... then in Hanover ... äähhhh
that runs all over a number of calls ... to eventually they actually on the idea that perhaps it would be nice times to call back instead of letting me pay for everything (and wait too)

the whole thing took nearly a week
I must mention that we once again my packing station was that the consignment was addressed clear and absolutely correct, was neatly packed and not bear the smallest postal notice that there was any problem with that?
I touch 'time together:
- the program takes much too long
- an attempt to deliver strikes for no apparent reason failed
- the program is not available in the Web tracking
- telephone support takes forever, and the program will to find (and makes finding gross errors)
- none of it can be reconstructed in the tracking
- Support is to be stupid and make outrageous suggestions
it is what DHL understands modern logistics?
