Today
times DHL package sent, quite normal, not big, not heavy, as usual, Germany. As you would think that even DHL not so much to it can go wrong.
And indeed it is pleasing to the Tracker heart that the consignment is reported as delivered two days later. Since there is also a name that does everything, end of story, one might think.
But the addressee does not move, that's funny, now's asleep so the? Again looked into to make cut'n'paste for tracking the demand and what do I see? I believe my eyes:
The tracking becomes "delivers on" further ... a line "set aside for holiday" (huh? what should be?), then we ... and then it finally arrives a second time, after a week! The safe side, I now ask for the same, and * poof * it is now really arrived there.
Now I ask for at DHL as for now can be. I make friendly (really now) a few explicit questions, simply worded and numbered by the clear support and to ask not: Why is taking so long? What is the first and second delivery? etc. Then comes, asking who it was now the sender and receiver ... Uh ... he knows why not?
All right, also the sent there and what's answer? "Am According to our data is the mission. ... To have been delivered to ..." ... Since then I burst but the collar "Yes that I know you hollow nut, that was not the question!"
